Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers by providing exceptional customer service, merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures
  • Comply with company policies and procedures while maintaining document security

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently and accurately
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
