Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers and maintaining a neat store appearance.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, process purchases, and monitor inventory accurately.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security measures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
