Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers by maintaining product availability, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store is well-organized and clean.

Responsibilities

  • Stock and merchandise shelves with products accurately and neatly.
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Handle cash transactions efficiently and follow company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy by participating in inventory counts and monitoring product levels.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
