Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store staff, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your role will be vital in ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers and supporting the overall operations of the store.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
  • Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding safety and security.
  • Conduct inventory counts and report any discrepancies.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Experience in retail or similar environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team.
