In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers in their experience
  • Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
  • Participate in inventory management and uphold store policies
  • Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is advantageous
