Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers in their experience
- Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
- Participate in inventory management and uphold store policies
- Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is advantageous
