We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall look and cleanliness of the store. Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support a positive shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Assist in inventory management and adherence to cash policies.
  • Follow company policies and procedures with a focus on security and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
  • Experience in retail and general cleaning preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
