Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, handling cashier duties, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and process customer purchases.
- Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and perform general cleaning tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail required.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
