Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the store's appearance and organization.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and ensure merchandise displays are neat and appealing.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
  • Help maintain inventory accuracy, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
  • Work in compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.
