Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Stock merchandise and maintain product displays.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
