Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a valuable member of our store, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, cashiering, stocking products, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, participate in inventory counts, and report any issues to management

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old or above
  • Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment
  • Experience in retail is preferred
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Capable of working independently and in a team environment
