Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the store management team.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by performing general cleaning duties.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to ensure minimal losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
