Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and maintained to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Collaborating with the ALDI team, you will uphold exceptional customer service standards and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

  • Merchandise products, operate the cash register, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support customers throughout their shopping journey.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to address any issues or feedback.
  • Conduct inventory counts and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently to support store operations.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent education is desirable.
