Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a key team member, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store maintains a high standard of customer service and efficient stock management.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. values consistently.
  • Perform cashiering, cleaning, and stock replenishment tasks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate equipment and follow company policies.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
