Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a key team member, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store maintains a high standard of customer service and efficient stock management.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. values consistently.
- Perform cashiering, cleaning, and stock replenishment tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to operate equipment and follow company policies.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
