Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, merchandising and stocking products, and ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized appearance.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management on store operations.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties and following company guidelines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
