Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and issues.
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate equipment efficiently and safely.
  • Work effectively both independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
