Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial member of the store staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Position Details

  • Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store appearance.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently.
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Provide feedback on products and inventory management to improve store operations.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.
  • Perform physical tasks including stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to operate a cash register.
  • Experience in retail environment preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
