Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial member of the store staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Position Details
- Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store appearance.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently.
- Assist customers with their shopping needs and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Provide feedback on products and inventory management to improve store operations.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.
- Perform physical tasks including stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to operate a cash register.
- Experience in retail environment preferred.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
