Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and perform general cleaning duties.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures while upholding security and confidentiality standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
