Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Merchandise and stock products efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist with customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
