Job Description

As a Customer Service and Stock Specialist at Aldi, you will play a vital role in ensuring that the store operates smoothly and provides exceptional service to customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's values and competencies in daily tasks
  • Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and arrange merchandise displays
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
  • Comply with all company policies, ensuring security and confidentiality
  • Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
  • Able to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and can multitask efficiently
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Retail experience is a plus
