Job Description
We are hiring Customer Service Associates to join our team at Avis Budget Group. As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with the return of their rental cars, ensuring a smooth process and delivering top-notch customer service.
What You'll Do
- Assist customers with the return of rental cars.
- Meet and greet customers, secure keys, record mileage, gas levels, and damage to vehicles.
- Check-in cars using our computer system while providing exceptional customer service.

What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Basic computer skills (typing, data entry).
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work outdoors and flexibility for all shifts.
- 6 months of retail customer service experience is a bonus.
