Customer Service Associate

Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team at Avis Budget Group. In this role, you will assist customers at various points in the rental or return process at our airport lots. As part of our high-energy enterprise, you will provide excellent customer service while ensuring a smooth experience for our patrons.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in the rental or return process.
• Operate handheld devices to enter information.
• Process rentals for loyalty customers.
• Provide assistance at exit gates and during the check-in process.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills.
