Customer Service Representative (Full-time)

Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our high-energy Avis Budget Group team. In this role, you will assist customers in various aspects of the rental or return process at our airport locations. Responsibilities

• Assist customers during the rental or return process, providing exceptional service.
• Perform tasks such as checking cars, processing rentals, and assisting at exit gates.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills including typing and data entry.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• Minimum 6 months of retail customer service experience preferred.
