Responsibilities
- Assist customers with the return of rental cars, including key collection, mileage and gas level recording, damage assessment, and computer check-ins.
- Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Contribute to the smooth operation of our vehicle return process.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Basic computer skills for data entry.
- Effective verbal communication abilities.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and outdoors.
