Customer Service Representative - Hebron

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the Avis Budget Group team in Hebron. As a valued member of our growing enterprise, you will play a key role in providing excellent service to our customers, ensuring their rental experience is seamless and enjoyable.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with the return of rental cars, including welcoming customers, recording vehicle details, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Check in vehicles accurately using our computer system.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills for data entry.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
• Retail customer service experience is a plus.
