Job Description
We are seeking responsible and energetic individuals to join our growing team at Avis Budget Group as Customer Service Representatives in Houston. In this role, you will assist customers with the return of their rental vehicles, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure all necessary vehicle documentation is recorded accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with the return of their rental vehicles.
- Meet and greet customers, organize keys, and record mileage, gas levels, and any vehicle damage.
- Check vehicles into the computer system while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry.
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work outdoors.
- Flexibility to work all shifts.
- 6 months of retail customer service experience is a plus.
