Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Avis Budget Group team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with the return of rental cars while providing excellent customer service. If you are energetic, responsible, and enjoy interacting with people, we want you on our team!
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in the return of rental cars.
- Meet and greet customers in a friendly manner.
- Record mileage, gas levels, and damages to cars.
- Check cars into the computer system.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout interactions.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Basic computer skills including typing and data entry.
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work outdoors and in various shifts.
- 6 months of retail customer service experience is a plus.
