Foundever is seeking a Customer Support Representative with a focus on inbound calls to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our CX solutions delivery team, you will be responsible for handling inbound service calls, driving customer satisfaction through various communication channels, and providing professional customer service. This on-site position requires individuals living within a 50-mile radius of 10431 Pinnacle Dr, Wise, VA 24293.
