Job Description

The Data Center Operations Technician I position at Flexential is a critical 24x7x365 role, providing physical and Level II technical support to customers. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring facility security, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely resolution of facility and customer issues.
• Troubleshoot technical problems using ticketing systems.
• Support 24/7 operations and maintain cleanliness of the data center.
• Assist with physical and logical installations of services.

Required Qualifications

• Passion for customer service.
• Experience with Windows and Microsoft operating systems.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Preferably 1 year of IT support experience.
• Relevant certifications like Network+, Security+, CCNA, MCP, or MCSA are beneficial.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work aloft and in cold temperatures.
• Aptitude for handling heavy objects and cabling installations.
