Fairview Dental Care is seeking a dedicated Dental Hygienist to join their team. This position offers a supportive work environment with a strong, collaborative team. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 7:40am to 4:40pm with no evenings or weekends required. Occasional half-day on Fridays is possible. The office address is 2901 W Broadway Suite 109, Columbia, MO 65203.

Responsibilities:

• Provide elite clinical care and patient advocacy.
• Offer exceptional lifetime care to patients with support from the Hygiene mentor program.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current or soon-to-be licensed dental hygienist in Missouri.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene.
• Excellent knowledge of dental procedures and CPR certification.

Preferred Experience:

• Clinical experience and proficiency in dental tools and record systems.
• Desire to learn and grow clinical skills for patient care.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation.
• Prolonged sitting and standing, lifting up to 45 pounds, attendance at virtual or in-person training sessions.
