Dental Assistant - Now Hiring

Metro Dentalcare is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our team in St Louis Park, MN. This full-time position (Mon - Thurs) offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to provide exceptional patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding patient care with full clinical autonomy.
• Collaborate with the patient care team to meet the needs of patients.
• Participate in continuous education and skills enhancement programs.
• Engage with mentors and access networking opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current dental hygienist license in MN.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene.
• Excellent knowledge of dental procedures and patient care.
• CPR Certification.

Preferred Experience:

• New Graduate or experienced professional.
• Proficiency in Velscope, Diagnodent, digital tools.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and clinical growth.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodations.
• Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
• Capability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds.
• Availability for virtual/in-person training sessions.
