Join Great Lakes Dental Technologies as a Digital Order Representative in a full-time position. In this role, you will be responsible for managing digital orders for appliance fabrication, ensuring seamless operations through our online portal and various cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and process incoming digital orders efficiently.
• Create and manage digital user accounts, providing necessary support.
• Offer suggestions for portal and web enhancements.
• Provide training and assistance to staff on digital order processes.
• Deliver excellent telephone support to customers for order-related inquiries.

Requirements

• High school diploma (GED) plus additional training or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in data entry desired.
• Proficient in basic math, advanced computer skills, Word, and Excel.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Organizational, multitasking, and detail-oriented capabilities.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately.
