Job Description
Join the Jam at Music and Arts! Guitar Center is looking for a passionate and motivated Digital Sales Associate to join our team. This full-time position requires availability from 7AM to 4PM, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Dive into calls and provide personalized sales experiences.
- Utilize digital platforms to enhance the virtual shopping experience for our customers.
- Become an expert on premium musical instruments, guiding customers and showcasing unique features and benefits.
- Hit sales targets, upsell, provide interactive virtual sales consultations, and build lasting customer relationships.
- Remain open to constructive feedback, eager to learn, and resourceful in problem-solving.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements

- Proven track record in sales and strong communication skills.
