Join the Jam at Music and Arts! We are looking for a passionate and driven Digital Sales Associate to join our team. This full-time role will have you rockin' and rollin' Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM. As a member of our diverse music-loving team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving digital sales through phone and virtual consultations. You'll create personalized sales experiences, showcasing expert guidance and extensive product knowledge to ensure every customer finds their perfect instrument while spreading the joy of music.

Responsibilities

• Dive into customer calls, build rapport, and create personalized sales experiences.
• Embrace the digital stage, utilizing platforms to showcase products and enhance the virtual shopping experience.
• Become the expert of premium musical instruments, guiding customers with extensive knowledge, and showcasing unique features and benefits.
• Hit sales targets, upsell, provide interactive virtual sales consultations, and build a book of business.
• Possess a student mindset, a perpetual eagerness to learn, openness to feedback, and a resourceful approach to problem-solving.
• Exhibit confidence, assertive communication, self-assuredness, and a collaborative approach with a poised demeanor to enhance overall effectiveness.
