Job Description
Sevita is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our mission-driven team as Direct Support Professionals in Mondovi, WI. Your role will involve providing support in daily activities, developing meaningful relationships, and promoting independence and community engagement.
Responsibilities
- Support individuals in personal care, hygiene, and behavioral challenges.
- Assist with developmental goals, budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
- Facilitate participation in community activities and favorite hobbies.
- Build rapport and rapport trust with participants and demonstrate initiative.
