Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Assist individuals with daily activities, personal hygiene, and behavioral challenges.
• Help individuals achieve their developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Establish meaningful relationships and create a supportive environment for the individuals you serve.

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
