Job Description

Sevita's Good Neighbor, part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are currently seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our mission-driven team. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will work in community settings, assisting individuals in living independently by providing transportation, support for outings and appointments, meal preparation, and guidance on developmental goals.

Responsibilities

• Transportation and support for community outings
• Assistance with daily living skills and medication administration
• Guidance on developmental goals and vocational responsibilities
• Support with personal hygiene and grooming

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Six months of human services experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and clear background checks
• Compassionate and responsible attitude
