Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Director, Statistical Programming to join the team. The Director will oversee all ongoing clinical studies, plan new studies, and manage statistical programming activities. This role involves maintaining programming processes, ensuring compliance with SOPs, and providing direct line management to statistical programmers. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in statistical programming in the pharmaceutical industry, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Clinical Analysis Reporting Leads for timely execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic goals.
• Manage resources and budgets for statistical programming activities.
• Perform quality control for statistical programming deliverables.
• Develop performance requirements and measurements for the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Statistics or related fields.
• 15+ years of statistical programming experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech Industry.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing CROs or FSPs.
• Excellent SAS programming skills.
• Knowledge of global clinical trial practices and regulations.
