Job Description
We are looking for a District Manager who is a current college student to join the Jefferson Division at ALDI. As a District Manager, you will oversee the operations of an entire district, including up to six stores, in areas such as Georgia, Western North Carolina, Southern Alabama, and Northwest South Carolina. This challenging role involves leading employees, driving sales growth, and making a lasting impact on our organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage store operations and staff performance to achieve desired results.
- Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results.
- Ensure store adherence to company merchandising plans and policies.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
- Monitor and maintain store compliance with regulations and policies.
- Identify opportunities for cost-savings and process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage and develop a professional workforce.
- Knowledge of retail operations and merchandising.
