Job Description

We are hiring a District Manager for the Greater Watertown NY Region at ALDI. As a District Manager, you will lead up to six stores, supervise operations, drive sales growth, and impact our global organization. You'll receive paid training to prepare for this rewarding position where you'll oversee the performance of a multi-million dollar district.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations and drive sales growth.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results.
• Ensure adherence to company merchandising plans.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to create a motivated workforce.
• Review competitive pricing and provide product feedback.
• Manage store compliance with regulations and company policies.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
