Job Description
Our District Manager Internship offers real-world experience allowing you to work closely with district managers to understand the operations behind our successful multi-million dollar stores. You'll gain insight into what makes ALDI America's fastest-growing grocery retailer and why this opportunity is unparalleled. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as outlined for the role.
- Learn store operations by shadowing managers, participating in customer walks, and understanding store policies.
- Assist with administrative tasks, inventory, hiring processes, and store resets.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance store conditions and efficiency.
- Attend trainings and meetings, maintaining professionalism and meeting objectives.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
In current pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
