Job Description
Our District Manager Internship at Aldi offers an unparalleled opportunity to gain real-world experience working closely with district managers in the retail industry. You will have a hands-on experience running multi-million dollar businesses, learning the secrets that make Aldi the fastest growing grocery retailer in America. This full-time 10-week summer internship program in Tully, NY Division pays $28.00 per hour with eligibility for overtime. Successful interns may be considered for a full-time position upon graduation.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills as outlined for the role.
- Shadow store managers and learn store operations fundamentals.
- Discover the Customer Satisfaction Pyramid through customer interactions.
- Assist with administrative tasks, inventory, and store resets.
- Create excellent store conditions and improve team performance.
- Attend trainings and meetings, maintaining high professionalism.
Education and Experience
In pursuit of a bachelor's degree in business or related field.
