Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts competencies, and professional skills (M.A.P.)
• Shadow store managers to acquire knowledge and hands-on experience in store operations
• Learn and apply the Customer Satisfaction Pyramid principles
• Assist with administrative tasks, inventory management, and store operations
• Collaborate with the team to enhance store conditions and performance
• Attend company trainings and maintain a high level of professionalism

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business or related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organizational ability, initiative, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
