Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated District Manager to join our team at ALDI. As a District Manager, you will oversee the operations of a district covering Georgia, Western North Carolina, Southern Alabama, and Northwest South Carolina. Your responsibilities will include leading employees, driving sales growth, implementing merchandising plans, and ensuring store compliance with company policies and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise up to six stores within the district.
- Develop and implement action plans to improve operational results.
- Recruit, train, and retain a professional workforce.
- Monitor and manage store conditions and performance.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of merchandising and retail operations.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
