Your role will involve crafting customized telecom packages, maintaining product knowledge, and closing deals to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Create tailored solutions to meet customers' unique needs.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and pricing plans.
- Effectively pitch and showcase the benefits of our products and services.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements to secure customer loyalty.
- Complete all necessary documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Build lasting relationships with customers and provide post-sales support.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and quotas.
- Adhere to company policies, regulations, and ethical sales practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one year of door-to-door selling experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Proficient with computers and technical skills.
- Valid driver's license with a reliable personal vehicle (where applicable).
- Ability to work full-time.
