As an Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment. Your expertise will contribute to the smooth functioning of our facilities, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance for various guest room elements.
- Conduct maintenance for kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, and more.
- Complete plumbing repairs and laundry equipment maintenance.
- Respond promptly to alarms, determine emergency status, and report findings.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Experience in the hotel industry or a related field is preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Licensing in a trade field (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.) is advantageous.
- Valid driver's license for the applicable state is necessary.
- Acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving Record) specific to the property is mandatory.
