Responsibilities
- Assist with the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks for guest rooms, including repairs, touch-ups, and minor fixes.
- Repair and maintain various equipment, such as ice machines, refrigerators, HVAC systems, and more.
- Handle plumbing repairs, laundry equipment maintenance, and energy conservation monitoring.
- Respond promptly to alarms, determine causes, report findings to the Front Desk.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Trade license in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc., is desirable.
- Valid driver's license for the state and an acceptable MVR are necessary.
