Responsibilities
- Assist with the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks for guest rooms, including minor repairs and touch-ups.
- Maintain and repair various equipment such as ice machines, refrigerators, kitchen equipment, and HVAC systems.
- Conduct plumbing repairs, laundry equipment maintenance, exhaust fan upkeep, and energy conservation monitoring.
- Respond promptly to alarms and report emergency situations to the Front Desk.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Licensure in a trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.) is a plus.
- Valid driver's license for the applicable state is necessary.
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Driving Record (MVR) specific to the property is required.
