Job Description
Homewood Suites Corpus Christi is seeking a full-time Engineer Maintenance to join our team. As part of a leading real estate investment and hospitality management company, your role will involve maintaining and repairing equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and addressing alarms promptly.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
- Perform various maintenance tasks for guest rooms, including changing light bulbs and minor repairs.
- Conduct preventative maintenance for various equipment including ice machines, refrigerators, HVAC, and more.
- Handle plumbing repairs, monitor energy conservation, and respond to alarms promptly.
- Perform other assigned tasks by the supervisor or manager.
Requirements
- Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Licensed in a trade preferred (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).
- Must possess a valid driver's license for the applicable state.
- Must have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Driving Record property specific.
