Executive Director, Late-Stage Oncology Clinical Operations

Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead the Late-Stage Oncology Clinical Operations team. As a pivotal member of the organization, you will oversee the execution and delivery of the Oncology Phase 1-3 pipeline, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of late-stage oncology clinical development pipeline.
• Ensure accuracy and appropriateness of research budgets and timelines.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to staff for achieving project and corporate goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years' experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry with focus on oncology.
• Strong understanding of clinical research functions, GCPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Bachelor's degree required, MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
