We are looking for a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our innovative healthcare team at One Medical in New York, NY. Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse patient panel with various healthcare needs.
• Conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits both in-office and through virtual care services.
• Participate in ongoing learning opportunities to enhance your clinical skills.
• Collaborate effectively with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize your clinical expertise to perform necessary in-office procedures.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient primary care settings.
• State licensure in New York by the One Medical start date.
• Passion for human-centered primary care and effective communication skills.
• Proficiency in using technology for delivering high-quality care.
